• Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Requests made after this 48-hour window will not be eligible for a return or refund.
• Eligible Condition: Returned items must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
• "As Is" Items: Any items marked, sold, or labeled "As Is" are final sale and are strictly non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately within the 48-hour window with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
